    What counts as a minute?A minute of the finished video. When you submit a script we hold an estimate from the word count, and when the video lands we settle to its real length. A failed render is refunded in full.
    What happens when I run out?Buy a pack of minutes from the billing page at your plan's extra-minute rate: Starter $0.96, Creator $0.84, Pro $0.79, Max $0.73, Studio $0.73 a minute. They go on your balance straight away and never expire, so a busy month never stops a render.
    Can I change plans?Any time. Upgrades start immediately and we credit what you already paid this month. Downgrades take effect on your next billing date.
    Do unused minutes roll over?No. Your minutes reset on your billing date. Pick the plan that covers a normal month, and use the finder above if you are not sure.
    How many videos can I render at once?1 on Starter, 2 on Creator, 3 on Pro, 5 on Max and 8 on Studio. When they are all busy, the app asks you to wait for one to finish before starting another.
    Is there a free trial?Not yet. During the beta, accepted testers start with a few free minutes so they can see a real video before paying.
